Raleigh Rescue Mission Urgent Needs

Raleigh Rescue Mission has faithfully served the homeless community in Wake County since 1961. Today the Mission offers a wide range of services for men, women, and children experiencing situational homelessness. Services are offered through the New Life Plan, a six-phase process with a focus on obtaining living-wage employment after 90 - 120 days enrolled. Each phase builds on the previous one and reinforces progress with the support system necessary for success, such as providing nutritious meals, safe shelter, counseling, career development, financial literacy, employment, and obtaining permanent housing. Last year, the Mission served 353 men, women, and children through the New Life Plan.
